About This Role

Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking experienced Inpatient Nurses to care for patients boarding in the Emergency Department while they await an inpatient bed. This role is ideal for patient and family-focused individuals with strong clinical knowledge who thrive in a dynamic Level 1 trauma center environment.

• Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly

• Utilize the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care
• Perform patient assessments and treatments according to policy/procedure
• Conduct discharge teaching
• Update patient records
• Communicate with members of the healthcare team
• Follow guidelines and policies established by MGH

• Education: Associate Degree required, BSN preferred
• Experience: Must have at least 1 year of med/surg/tele experience; ER experience preferred
