American Traveler is hiring an experienced Oncology Float Pool RN for a 3x12 day/night rotation requiring active MA RN licensure and prior oncology nursing experience.

• Float pool position covering multiple oncology and related units within a hospital setting
• Potential units include general oncology, research oncology, palliative care, medical oncology, and bone marrow transplant (BMT)
• 3x12 shift schedule with day/night rotation
• Uses Epic for charting
• Float pool role requires flexibility to work across multiple oncology-focused units
• 13-week assignment length

• Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted
• Both NURSYS and Board of Nursing (BON) verification required for licensure
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior oncology nursing experience required
• Flu vaccine required with no medical or religious exemptions accepted

• Provide direct patient care across various oncology-related units including medical oncology, research oncology, palliative care, and BMT as part of the float pool team
• Local candidates accepted, but those residing within 60 miles of the facility will receive a reduced rate
• RTO must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
