Travel RN - PACU

American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring 3+ years of RN experience, prior travel PACU experience, and Academic Medical Center background.

• Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel PACU experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Academic Medical Center experience required
• Primary Source Verification of license required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration
• Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license

• Work in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) of a hospital setting
• 36 hours per week with a day/night rotating schedule (50% day, 50% night)
• Up to 2 weekend shifts per month
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses Epic for charting
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Boston, MA to be eligible; rate is 5% less than standard travel rate
• No validated parking available at Boston locations; public transportation or paid public parking (approximately $17-$22 daily) required
