Legacy Lifecare VNA and Hospice in Massachusetts is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN provides compassionate in-home care, monitors patient conditions, administers treatments, and supports palliative needs.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional on-call rotations. Requires MA RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience in home care, hospice, rehab, or long-term care.
