Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in patients' homes and assist with hospice services. The role requires MA RN licensure, at least one year of RN experience, and reliable transportation to travel to patient locations.
The nurse will document changes in patient conditions, monitor vitals, and participate in palliative and hospice care plans. Evening or on-call rotations may be required based on patient needs.
