American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week rotating day/night contract requiring an active MA RN license and at least one year of travel nursing experience.

• Work on a Medical Unit within a hospital setting
• May float between Phillips 20 and Phillips 21 units
• 36 hours per week on a rotating day/night shift schedule
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses Epic for EMR charting

• Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred; some facilities accept Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Primary source license verification required through both NURSYS and BON within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine required with no medical or religious exemptions accepted

• Provide direct medical-surgical nursing care and float between assigned units as needed
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced rate
• Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis
• RTO must be disclosed prior to consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
