The unit is Magnet-designated and houses a diverse adult population with acute and chronic conditions. The role requires a BSN, Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and strong observational and prioritization skills.
Compensation includes benefits and a robust PTO program. Shifts are day/evening, 36 hours per week, with 8- or 12-hour options based on department needs.
