Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Boston, MA, where you’ll have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a state‑of‑the‑art Labor & Delivery Unit. We are looking for experienced and compassionate RNs who are ready to make a difference in the lives of families.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring optimal care and comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive birthing environment.
- Educate and support families throughout the childbirth process.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care.
- Current Massachusetts RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR/charting systems.
- Rotate between 7:00am–7:30pm, 11:00am–11:30pm, and 7:00pm–7:30am.
- Every other weekend (EOW) required.
- Day Rotate position with rotation to evenings and nights as needed.
