Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner – Boston, MA

What You’ll Do
  • Provide inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents and developing patient care plans
  • Review and prioritize patient needs, managing orders, discharges, and follow-up care
  • Remove drains (Hemovac/JP), as needed, with preferred experience
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR software
  • Assist with discharge planning and patient education
What You Need
  • Board Certified (BC) in Neurosurgery (preferred)
  • Active Massachusetts State License
  • Minimum of 1-year neurosurgery experience in a hospital setting
  • Strong clinical skills, including drain removal capabilities
  • Ability to work AS a team player in a fast-paced environment
