Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner – Boston, MA

- Licensure/Certs: MA State License, BC in Neurosurgery preferred
- Experience: 1+ years in neurosurgery required
- Hourly Pay: $129.98/hr

- Provide inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents and developing patient care plans
- Review and prioritize patient needs, managing orders, discharges, and follow-up care
- Remove drains (Hemovac/JP), as needed, with preferred experience
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR software
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education
- Board Certified (BC) in Neurosurgery (preferred)
- Active Massachusetts State License
- Minimum of 1-year neurosurgery experience in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical skills, including drain removal capabilities
- Ability to work AS a team player in a fast-paced environment
