- License/Certifications: Board Certified in Neurosurgery, MA Licensure required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of neurosurgery experience
- Hourly Rate: $129.98

- Perform inpatient neurosurgery patient rounding with residents and coordinate care plans
- Review patient needs, update orders, and manage discharge processes
- Assist with patient assessments and post-operative care
- Remove drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient visits and procedures accurately in Epic EMR
- Contribute to a patient-centered care environment focused on quality and safety
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required); additional preferred
- MA State Licensure (required)
- Minimum 1 year of neurosurgery experience
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient neurosurgical care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
