Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $129.98

What You’ll Do
  • Perform inpatient neurosurgery patient rounding with residents and coordinate care plans
  • Review patient needs, update orders, and manage discharge processes
  • Assist with patient assessments and post-operative care
  • Remove drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient visits and procedures accurately in Epic EMR
  • Contribute to a patient-centered care environment focused on quality and safety
What You Need
  • Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required); additional preferred
  • MA State Licensure (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of neurosurgery experience
  • Strong clinical skills in inpatient neurosurgical care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
