About This Role

The Per Diem RN for Primary Care at Mass General Brigham is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients, and providing individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner. • Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience:
  • 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required
