The RN - Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator at Mass General Brigham is responsible for supporting clinical trials in the outpatient setting, focusing on patient screening, education, and advocacy. • Screen and enroll patients for clinical trials.
• Provide patient education and triage phone support.
• Manage symptoms and document research nurse encounters.
• Collaborate with Infusion RNs, APPs, and Physicians.
• Adhere to protocol specifications for investigational agents.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.

• Education:
  
  BSN required, minimum of 2 years Oncology RN experience preferred.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years in Oncology nursing preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current RN License in Massachusetts required.
