Registered Nurse – General Medicine (Medical Surgical)

Boston, MA

Contract | 36 hours per week | Day/Night Rotating Shift | Every Other Weekend (EOW), Every Other Holiday (EOH)

• Provide direct patient care on a General Medicine unit within a large academic medical center setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse medical-surgical patient population
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Rotate between day and night shifts as required by unit scheduling needs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level 1 or Academic Medical Center (AMC) environment
• Medical-surgical clinical competency
• Ability to work a rotating day/night schedule including every other weekend and every other holiday

• Experience working on a dedicated General Medicine unit
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations in large academic or teaching hospital environments
