New Graduate RN Residency – Medical‑Surgical (36 hours, Permanent). The program begins with a 6‑month orientation that includes clinical mentorship, educational days, and preceptorship from Nursing Professional Development Specialists.

- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the continuum.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and document nursing interventions and outcomes.
- Adhere to the nursing department model of care, agency policies, protocols, guidelines, and standards of practice.
- Report to the Unit Nurse Director.
- Registered Nurse with BLS/CPR certification.
- Graduated from a nursing program within twelve (12) months before hire.
- NCLEX passed prior to interview.
- Flu shot required before start.
Base salary range: $38,050 – $75,330. Compensation is based on education, experience, licensure, and certifications directly related to the role.
