As a Labor and Delivery nurse you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.
Position:New Grad Labor and Delivery Nurse residency Program
Location:Labor & Delivery
Shift:Nights
Schedule:36 Hours per Week, Every Third Weekend / Holiday Rotation
A comprehensive new graduate nurse transition to practice program incorporating the Nurse of the Future Nursing Core Competencies. New graduate nurses are hired into the institution in cohorts, and progress through nursing orientation together. New Graduates can expect individualized education with preceptors on their units, further enhanced with a series of educational learning, fostering opportunity for mentorship, comradery, and experiential learning.
RequiredBefore Start Date
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate’s degree or Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN). BSN preferred. Candidates who do not have a BSN must enroll in a Baccalaureate program one year from date of hire and must complete their BSN by the end of the semester in which the four-year anniversary of employment at BMC occurs.
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
$39.80- $93.69
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
