Registered Nurse – Oncology

Boston, MA | Ambulatory / Outpatient

Contract | Days | 10-Hour Shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) | Monday–Friday, No Weekends or Holidays | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

• Administer chemotherapy treatments to adult oncology patients in an ambulatory treatment setting
• Monitor patients during chemotherapy infusions and respond to adverse reactions or complications
• Provide patient education related to chemotherapy regimens, side effects, and supportive care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary oncology team to coordinate individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes

• Active Massachusetts RN License required at time of submission
• Chemotherapy certification required
• Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience required
• Chemotherapy administration experience required
• Ambulatory or outpatient setting experience required
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)

• Experience in a high-volume oncology treatment or infusion center
• Familiarity with oncology care protocols and evidence-based chemotherapy practices
• Strong patient communication and education skills in an outpatient environment

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, offering a strong work-life balance
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly providing schedule and income stability throughout your contract
