About This Role
The Registered Nurse in the Community Reintegration Unit at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing immediate and long-term nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to departmental and regulatory standards.
Highlights- Pay: $35 - $72/hour
- Location: Belmont, MA
- Facility: The McLean Hospital Corporation
- Department/Unit: Community Reintegration Unit
- Schedule: Part-Time, Rotating
- Accurately assess patients’ needs.
- Utilize multiple data sources to determine health problems and functional status.
- Utilize Recovery Oriented Framework to identify patient strengths.
- Perform point of care testing.
- Communicate findings effectively to the healthcare team.
- Document responses to interventions and treatment.
- Identify patient behaviors contributing to crises and de-escalate situations.
- Plan nursing interventions for assigned patients.
- Modify and individualize Nursing Plan of Care and protocols.
- Participate in the development of the multidisciplinary treatment plan.
Education: Other Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience: No experience required; 1 year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred
Licenses &
Certifications:
Current RN License in Massachusetts required
