About This Role

The Perioperative Float Pool Clinical Nurse Lead at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is responsible for providing leadership and clinical expertise in the perioperative setting. • Pay: $47 - $106/hour
• Location: Jamaica Plain, MA
• Facility: Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift

• Provide leadership and clinical guidance in the perioperative setting.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans.
• Manage a diverse adult patient population.
• Ensure adherence to I.C.A.R.E. standards.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Support patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current MA RN License.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in Post-Anesthesia Care Nursing (CPAN) or similar certification preferred.
