Registered Nurse (RN) - All Shifts
- 7 AM-3 PM
- 3 PM-11 PM
- 11 PM-7 AM

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care
, monitors health and vital signs, maintains documentation, and collaborates with Unit Managers and the Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care.
- Deliver direct personal care and assist residents with daily activities
- Observe, monitor, and document resident health, vitals, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with Unit Managers and Director of Nursing on care plans
- Support resident admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Foster a resident-centered, professional, and compassionate care environment
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Compassionate and dedicated to high-quality resident care
