We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team at our Boston, MA facility. As a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse at The Benjamin Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient

• Demonstrate excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to healthcare providers

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
