Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Infusion

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Infusion Unit position requiring oncology infusion experience and ONS certification.

• Active MA RN license required, no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted)
• 3+ years of RN experience required
• 2+ years of oncology infusion experience in an academic medical center required
• 1+ years of outpatient experience required
• 1+ years of travel nursing experience required
• ONS certification required
• Strong IV and assessment skills required
• Experience with complex GI regimens required
• Primary source verification of license and certifications required within 30 days of start, including NURSYS and BON

• 60-bed/chair infusion unit within the Division of Hematology-Oncology
• 36-hour Days schedule (7a-7p or 8a-8p)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Uses Epic for charting
• Provide infusion care to oncology patients in a hematology-oncology setting
• Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates accepted if residing within 60 miles of the facility, with a reduced pay rate
• No validated parking available at Boston locations; public transportation or paid parking required
