The Vascular Staff Nurse at Mass General Brigham is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients, demonstrating clinical skills and knowledge in managing complex patient needs. • Pay: $42 - $106/hour
• Location: Boston, MA
• Facility: The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a plan of care for specific patient assignments.
• Set priorities when organizing care for patients with varying acuity.
• Maintain continuity through clear and concise communication.
• Document patient care in compliance with nursing documentation standards.
• Develop comprehensive plans of care based on initial assessments and team input.
• Create educational and discharge plans utilizing appropriate resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and revise as needed.
• Provide a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Administer medication safely according to established policies.
• Participate in quality management and improvement programs.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

Experience:

• Prior experience not required unless specified for certain specialty areas

• Current RN License in Massachusetts
