The Bostonian is a 121-bed skilled nursing facility seeking a Full-Time Night Working Nursing Supervisor. We are located in Dorchester conveniently near public transportation! The right candidate s will have strong clinical skills, be a team player and have the ability to lead.

- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN Massachusetts State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
-Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care - Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
- Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
- Supervise nurses and CNAs
- Manage staffing changes
- Support family inquiries and screen visitors
- Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
- Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
- Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
