• On-site, multi-campus healthcare setting with weekend coverage requirement

• Administer vaccines per protocol to eligible patients and document administration in the electronic health record
• Monitor patients post-vaccination for adverse reactions and provide appropriate observation
• Prepare supplies, ensure proper vaccine storage and cold chain maintenance, and assist with inventory control
• Maintain infection control practices and standard precautions; clean and disinfect treatment areas between patients
• Collaborate with team across multiple campuses to coordinate vaccination services and patient flow
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Active Massachusetts LPN license at time of submission
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience administering vaccines
• Ability to work on-site across multiple campus locations in the Boston area
• Availability for 4x10 hour shifts per week, including one Saturday during the assignment
