• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the applicable state licensing board
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Current required certifications and credentials
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to communicate effective with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
