Job Summary:

Sweetwater Care is seeking a talented and dedicated Regional Nurse Resource to join our team in Greater Boston, MA
. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical operations. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you.

• Provide medical guidance and support to Sweetwater Care's clinical teams, including clinical leadership, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care practices and protocols

• Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and community-based organizations to facilitate referrals and promote seamless transitions of care

• Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinical excellence

• Identify and address potential clinical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

• Develop and implement educational programs for staff, patients, and families on a variety of topics, including chronic disease management, pain management, and wellness

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing, with a strong background in clinical leadership and operations

• Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
