RN – Oncology (Float)

Boston, MA | Acute Care

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts

• Float across multiple oncology units, providing direct patient care in a variety of oncology settings
• Deliver nursing care to patients in Medical Oncology, Palliative Care, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), and Research Oncology units
• Adapt quickly to varying unit environments, patient populations, and team workflows
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout the shift, escalating concerns as appropriate

• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS certification required
• Oncology nursing experience required
• Ability and willingness to float across multiple oncology units as assigned

• Experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or Research Oncology settings
• Experience with Palliative Care patient populations
• Prior travel or float pool nursing experience
