Registered Nurse; RN; Behavioral Health - Per Diem- MGH

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health at Mass General Brigham provides critical support in connecting patients to appropriate behavioral health services. This per diem role is ideal for nurses who excel in multidisciplinary care coordination and patient engagement.

• Pay: $42 - $108/hour
• Location: Boston, MA
• Facility: The General Hospital Corporation
• Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift

• Staff the injection clinic and safely administer medications.
• Accurately complete nursing documentation in EPIC according to policy.
• Implement individualized plans of care using evidence-based protocols.
• Coordinate with health team members, including social work and nutrition.
• Communicate the plan of care and pertinent information to health team members.
• Help define standards of excellence for patient care and participate in improvements.
• Teach and direct non-nursing personnel for clinical oversight.
• Participate in orientation of medical assistant and nursing staff.
• Interpret hospital and departmental policies to health team members.
• Provide input regarding unit needs to the Group Practice Administrator.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
