RN – Labor & Delivery

Framingham, MA | Acute Care

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing

• Prior experience in a hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
• Familiarity with clinical staff supervision and resource management
