Fan Pier Marina is seeking a reliable, hardworking Dock Attendant to join our team for the upcoming boating season. Located in Boston’s Seaport District, our full-service marina accommodates a wide range of vessels, from recreational boats to luxury yachts.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, around the water, and as part of a tight-knit team.

• Assist vessels with docking and line handling
• Provide exceptional customer service to marina guests and tenants
• Monitor docks and facilities for safety, security, and cleanliness
• Perform routine dock walks and facility checks
• Operate pump-out equipment and assist vessels with waste removal services
• Maintain cleanliness of docks, piers, and marina grounds
• Maintain marina equipment and common areas
• Respond to guest requests and provide local information
• Enforce marina rules and safety procedures
• Support marina staff with daily operations as needed

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and move quickly on docks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic boating knowledge preferred but not required (training provided)

• Seasonal position (Spring through Fall)
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Includes weekends, holidays, and evenings
