• Efficiency and client standards are attained.
• Conducting site inspections, providing hands‑on leadership, and providing guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Driving and maintaining our vehicles, training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, handling schedules, and reviewing charts and reports.

• 2+ years of landscape installation experience.
• Minimum 1 year managing a crew of 2 or more.
• At least one year of lawn care and landscaping experience a must; supervisory experience desired.

• Driver’s license and good record, strong leadership, and familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping.
• Ability to handle the physicality of our work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30–80 pounds), and extensive walking.
• CDL.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
