This is an ideal role for a small-animal veterinarian who wants to provide excellent care while helping shape the future of a growing, state-of-the-art hospital.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Step into a visible role with the ability to influence clinical standards, team culture, patient care, and operational growth.
  • Work in a modern, collaborative veterinary hospital focused primarily on companion animal care, especially dogs and cats.
  • Partner closely with hospital and regional operations leadership while continuing to provide hands‑on medical and surgical care.
  • Help mentor and grow a strong veterinary team as the practice continues to expand.
  • Pursue a meaningful leadership path with potential advancement into broader operational responsibility across multiple facilities.
What You’ll Do
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat pets medically and surgically.
  • Provide high-quality care for dogs and cats, including wellness care, vaccinations, dentals, and client education.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, support staff, and operations leaders.
  • Support a positive, fast-paced hospital environment built on collaboration, communication, and clinical excellence.
  • Contribute to operational success and help maintain superior patient care standards as the hospital grows.
What We’re Looking For
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Five or more years of veterinary hospital experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Massachusetts State Veterinary License.
  • Strong small-animal clinical skills, including medical, surgical, dental, vaccination, and client counseling experience.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • A growth-minded approach and interest in helping build a team, strengthen culture, and contribute to future leadership opportunities.
