A leading private veterinary practice in the Boston area has partnered with our recruitment firm to identify an experienced Senior Veterinarian for a high-impact clinical and leadership opportunity. This is an ideal role for a small-animal veterinarian who wants to provide excellent care while helping shape the future of a growing, state-of-the-art hospital.

- Work in a modern, collaborative veterinary hospital focused primarily on companion animal care, especially dogs and cats.
- Partner closely with hospital and regional operations leadership while continuing to provide hands‑on medical and surgical care.
- Help mentor and grow a strong veterinary team as the practice continues to expand.
- Pursue a meaningful leadership path with potential advancement into broader operational responsibility across multiple facilities.
- Examine, diagnose, and treat pets medically and surgically.
- Provide high-quality care for dogs and cats, including wellness care, vaccinations, dentals, and client education.
- Communicate effectively with clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, support staff, and operations leaders.
- Support a positive, fast-paced hospital environment built on collaboration, communication, and clinical excellence.
- Contribute to operational success and help maintain superior patient care standards as the hospital grows.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Five or more years of veterinary hospital experience.
- Eligibility to obtain a Massachusetts State Veterinary License.
- Strong small-animal clinical skills, including medical, surgical, dental, vaccination, and client counseling experience.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- A growth-minded approach and interest in helping build a team, strengthen culture, and contribute to future leadership opportunities.
