Role overviewEFOR is seeking a Veeva Batch Manager Technical Systems expert to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and GMP compliance of Veeva Batch Manager within regulated manufacturing environments.
Key responsibilities- Act as technical SME for Veeva Batch Manager
- Configure and maintain electronic batch records (E )
- Support manufacturing execution
, recipe management, and shop-floor workflows - Troubleshoot system issues and support production activities
- Interface with Manufacturing, QA, Automation, and IT
- Support change control, deviations, and impact assessments
- Contribute to CSV / validation activities (risk assessments, testing support, documentation)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and data integrity (ALCOA+)
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Batch Manager
- Solid background in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of technical systems in regulated environments
- Comfortable acting as a technical lead / SME
- Experience working on production and CAPEX programs is a plus
- Veeva Batch Manager (core)
- Understanding of MES / E / manufacturing systems
- Familiarity with CSV, GAMP 5, ASTM E2500
- Ability to read and translate process flows and manufacturing requirements into system design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Structured, rigorous, and solution-oriented
- Able to work in cross-functional teams and on-site environments
- High-impact roles on major pharma and biotech programs
- Exposure to digital manufacturing, MES, and CQV
- Career growth within a rapidly expanding U.S. life sciences platform
