Amex GBT in the United States seeks a Pharmaceutical Congress Meeting Planner to lead for global pharmaceutical congresses and serve as the primary client liaison. Travel up to 40% will be required to meet program objectives.
You will manage timelines, contracts, venue and DMC coordination, produce itineraries, and collaborate with IT and creative teams to deliver polished programs. A 4-year degree and CMP designation are preferred, with 3–5 years pharma congress planning.
