Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager based in Massachusetts, United States. The Quality Control Manager will oversee and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards, including AS9100D/ISO . Responsibilities include monitoring product quality throughout the production process, implementing quality control standards, conducting inspections, and identifying areas for improvement. The role will require collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, AS9100D, and ISO standards
- Proficiency in quality control methods, inspection processes, and using quality measurement tools
- Experience with CNC machining processes and mechanical engineering principles
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in a manufacturing or CNC machining environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with ITAR compliance and FFL requirements is a plus
