Quality Engineer
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining quality standards, investigating product or process issues, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
- Support internal quality systems and ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve product and process concerns.
- Review nonconforming material and assist in improving inspection and quality processes.
- Support new product launches and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Assist with audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or similar standards.
- Understanding of inspection methods, blueprint reading, and measurement techniques.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
