Quality Engineer

Insight Global is hiring a Quality Engineer to support one of our large consulting clients. This role will be supporting cutting-edge projects within the AI space, and sitting remotely in Europe. Day-to-Day:

• Design and execute test strategies for AI-driven features including LLM outputs, prompt validation, and hallucination detection
• Build and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using modern frameworks and AI-assisted tooling
• Develop reusable API and backend test automation using tools such as Postman and Python
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test creation and improve coverage across applications
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality and early defect detection
• Partner with engineering, product, and QA teams to align on quality strategy and delivery goals
• Expand automation coverage across web and mobile platforms to ensure consistent product quality
• Communicate quality metrics, risks, and progress clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
