Position: Quality Manager (Ref: 197046)

$130,000 - $140,000 Base Salary + Benefits

International Travel Required (US & UK)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing technology manufacturer operating across the United States and United Kingdom.

This is not a role where you'll inherit a large team and simply monitor KPIs. Instead, you'll take ownership of the entire Quality function, playing a critical role in developing, improving and scaling quality processes across multiple sites.

You'll have the opportunity to influence how Quality operates within the business while partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Drive ISO 9001 compliance, audits and recertification activities
  • Manage CAPA, NCR and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Own supplier quality programmes and supplier audits
  • Conduct incoming and outgoing inspections where required
  • Monitor and improve quality performance metrics
  • Act as the key point of contact for customer quality matters
  • Support quality activities across both US and UK operations
  • Help shape the future direction of the Quality function
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Lead or Senior Quality Engineer
  • Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and audit experience
  • Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, electronics, scientific instrumentation or other regulated industries
  • Hands‑on approach with the willingness to lead and execute
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with supplier quality, root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Lean, Six Sigma or quality certifications are advantageous
