• Designing and executing validation protocols and test plans aligned with regulatory requirements and design standards
• Conducting functional, performance and safety testing across product life cycles
• Documenting test results, validation reports and compliance evidence
• Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Supporting process validation and equipment qualification activities
• Maintaining detailed records and traceability for quality management systems
• Communicating validation findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

• 2–5 years of validation, testing or quality assurance experience in engineering or life sciences environments
• Working knowledge of testing protocols, quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards
• Experience designing and executing test plans and documenting validation evidence
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically with technical documentation
• Familiarity with manufacturing and field application contexts
• Authorization to work in the United States

• ISTQB Certified Tester or ISTQB Advanced Tester certification
• CAD proficiency or experience with design standards and system integration
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical or similar

• Exposure to full product validation life cycles in quality-critical environments
