Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Project Manager to support operational, transactional, and strategic initiatives across the firm. This role serves as a central coordinator for leadership — ensuring projects, leasing transactions, and internal initiatives move forward efficiently and professionally. This is a fully on-site position in Boston with strong long-term growth potential within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leasing and advisory transactions, including agreements, rent modeling, and commission tracking
  • Maintain leasing databases, rent rolls, and internal reporting systems
  • Coordinate property tours, stacking plans, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage internal projects, workflows, and process improvements
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, marketing materials, and broker events
  • Conduct market research and maintain CRM / contact databases
  • Oversee Quick Books functions including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
  • Interface with vendors, consultants, architects, and service providers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (BSBA preferred); MBA candidate strongly preferred
  • 3–6 years of experience in:
    • Operations
    • Project Management
    • Commercial Real Estate
    • Professional Services
  • Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Boston-based and able to work fully on-site
