This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent position located in Boston, MA. The role involves working closely with clients to assist in renting, buying, or selling properties. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting property tours, managing property listings, liaising with clients and landlords, negotiating deals, and maintaining knowledge of the Greater Boston real estate market. Agents are expected to uphold exceptional customer service standards to cultivate lasting client relationships.
Qualifications- A valid Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Experience or knowledge in Real Estate, including property valuation and market trends
- Proven Sales experience, with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Boston real estate market is a plus
- High level of professionalism and a passion for real estate
