This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Boston. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Red Tree Real Estate, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, provide expert local market advice, and maintain strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, managing client transactions, negotiating deals, and staying informed about market trends. You will collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional service in a competitive market.

We will teach you everything there is to know about residential and commercial sales, leasing, investment counseling, and property management.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Skills in Customer Service and a strong ability to build client relationships
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proven Sales skills with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Greater Boston real estate market is an advantage
• Access to reliable transportation for property showings is preferred
