Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate

A rapidly growing real estate firm is seeking a Property Manager to support a commercial portfolio in the Boston area. • Pay Range:
  Base salary of $115-130k
• Bonus eligible 10% annual
• Work Arrangement:
  Onsite in Boston (Boylston St) with local property travel

• Manage the financial aspects of assigned properties, including budgeting, reporting, and expense reconciliation
• Oversee tenant relations, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues
• Coordinate tenant onboarding and move-out processes
• Conduct operational inspections and collaborate with vendors to maintain property standards
• Work with construction teams on tenant improvements and building projects
• Communicate regularly with clients to review property performance and address concerns

• Commercial property management experience of at least 5-7+ years
• Strong knowledge of operational and financial property management activities
• Proficiency with real estate management software such as Yardi
• Ability to read and interpret tenant leases and financial documents effectively
• Bachelor’s Degree required
