Maloney Properties LLC in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood seeks a dynamic and motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a mixed-income family housing community. Work hours are 8:00–4:00 or 9:00–5:00, Monday–Friday, reporting to the Multi-Site Property Manager.
You will qualify applicants, lease and recertify, conduct audits, manage rent, vendor relations, and supervise staff, ensuring resident relations and financial reporting are accurate and timely.
