Property Manager

I'm hiring an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a LIHTC apartment community in Roxbury, MA.

You’ll lead the site team, oversee daily operations and ensure the community remains compliant, occupied and well looked after. This is a proper leadership role for someone who knows affordable housing and LIHTC recertifications inside out.

• Lead daily site operations and supervise office and maintenance teams
• Manage LIHTC compliance, certifications and recertifications
• Drive occupancy, leasing activity and resident satisfaction
• Prepare budgets and manage performance against financial targets
• Handle resident relations, escalations and day‑to‑day site issues
• Coordinate maintenance, administration and compliance activity

• 5+ years of property management and supervisory experience
• Knowledge of affordable housing and federally assisted programmes
• Strong budget, resident relations and team‑management skills
• Organised, self‑motivated and confident juggling priorities
• One Site experience is a plus;
  Microsoft Office proficiency required
