A life sciences firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to support research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in immunoassay development, particularly ELISA and MSD, as well as a strong background in analyzing complex data sets. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field and relevant industry experience are essential.

This role is based in Boston and requires onsite presence at least 5 days a week.
