Business Analyst, Senior

Location: Juno Beach, FL
Contract: 11‑month assignment (W‑2)
Opportunity OverviewSenior Insights Strategist, Public Opinion and Polling Insights. The role involves consulting on polling requests, establishing methodologies, writing and vetting questionnaires and discussion guides, and reporting to the onsite Manager.
Your Day-to-Day- Recommend and manage custom research methodologies such as focus groups, in‑depth interviews, surveys, text analytics, polling, and customer sentiment analysis
- Produce and present work in dashboards, presentations, and recurring reports that advise and inspire internal partners to action
- Craft stories that integrate behavioral data, qualitative and quantitative studies, and syndicated research to shape comprehensive consumer and market insights
- Use a broad research toolset, including complex research methodologies and DIY research projects
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing the full market research cycle
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with reputational tracking agencies such as Harris Poll, Public Onion Strategies, IPSOS Corporate Reputation Management, or equivalent
- Experience with customer insights tools (survey programming software, secondary research databases)
- Experience with dashboard visualization reporting tools
