Salary Grade: 43

Salary Range: $40,000.00 – $44,000.00. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

• Provide technical and operational support for a laboratory research program focused on experimental studies using mouse models.
• Perform routine molecular and laboratory assays under established protocols and close scientific supervision.
• Contribute to animal‑based research, including behavioral assays and transgenic mouse colony maintenance.
• Support experimental characterization efforts.
• Document experimental procedures and results accurately.
• Maintain laboratory supply inventory and prepare standard reagents.
• Work in a structured research environment with defined procedures, requiring reliability and strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of related experience.
