  • Lab‑based role focused on supporting the R&D team by performing routine weekend iPSC cell culture maintenance and cell‑based assays with strict aseptic technique.
  • Execute iPSC culture expansion, passaging, media changes, and bioreactor maintenance independently to support differentiation procedures according to established protocols.
  • Perform routine cell culture monitoring assays to evaluate overall culture health, morphology, and confluency by cell counting, viability assessment, and imaging.
  • Conduct cell fixation on in‑process and drug substance material to prepare samples for downstream analysis.
  • Manage responsibilities for multiple bioreactor systems in parallel and independently perform cell culture operations over the weekend.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and communicate any weekend process results clearly to team and upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and operational procedures.
