Support internal drug discovery projects by applying NMR to characterize protein–ligand interactions. Develop and run NMR assays for fragment screening, hit validation, and mechanistic studies. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Develop ligand‑observed and protein‑observed NMR assays
- Perform NMR‑based fragment screening and validate hits
- Use NMR to study protein–ligand interactions (affinity, kinetics, mechanism)
- Express and purify isotopically labelled proteins
- Analyze data and present results to project teams
- PhD in biochemistry, biophysics or related field
- Master’s degree in biochemistry, biophysics or related field with ≥3 years drug discovery experience with protein NMR
- Strong understanding of protein–ligand biophysics
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Isotope labelling in insect or mammalian cells
- Other biophysical and biochemical methods such as SPR, ITC, MST, nano
DSF, MS and enzymatic assays
